Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour

Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and organized House Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of a single supported living home.
In this vital role, you will focus on day-to-day supervision, staff scheduling, safety, and resident well-being within the residence. You will serve as the heartbeat of the home, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for our residents while collaborating closely with a Supervising Qualified Professional (QP).
What You Will Do | Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Scheduling
Supervise & Coordinate: Lead direct care staff assigned to the residence, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
Master the Schedule: Drive all scheduling activities, manage shift/on-call coverage, and step in to fill scheduling gaps as needed.
Systems Management: Utilize HRIS and EHR systems to manage schedules, track compliance, and enter detailed shift documentation notes.
Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new house staff and provide ongoing, house-specific training centered on resident needs and Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
Resident Care & Advocacy
Partner with the QP: Collaborate with the Qualified Professional to ensure ISPs are implemented consistently and accurately by all staff.
Advocate: Champion the needs of residents and families to ensure they have full access to necessary services, resources, and community activities.
Relationship Building: Maintain positive, professional relationships with residents, their families, and external service providers.
Care Coordination: Coordinate and assist with resident move-ins/move-outs (including checklists and medication management) and accompany residents to medical appointments when necessary.
House Operations & Compliance
Daily Operations: Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory (emergency supplies, groceries, medications).
Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety drills, facilitate house inspections, and ensure strict adherence to company policies and program standards.
On-Call Support: Remain available for scheduled on-call crisis services, utilizing a clear escalation pathway for emergencies.
Documentation: Conduct and document regular house-level staff meetings, collaborating with the Supervising QP on performance improvement measures.
What We Are Looking For | Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
Education: High school diploma, GED, or higher education from an accredited institution (Required).
Licensure: Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
Background Check: Successful completion of a criminal background check (Required).
Core Skills: Strong communication, leadership, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Working knowledge of behavioral sciences or allied I/DD disciplines is highly preferred.
Tech & Resources: Reliable personal transportation, a smartphone, and dependable internet access.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist residents and manage house needs.
Location & Travel
This is a fully on-site position.
Minimal local travel is required for resident appointments or community activities.
