Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to create a supportive and safe environment where clients can Thrive with Purpose and receive the quality care they deserve.

We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Networking (CNET) support for a client in Kings Mountain, NC (ZIP 28086). In this role, you will help facilitate meaningful community connections, promote independence, and assist our client in engaging in local activities and events every Sunday.

Schedule & Hours (Part-Time)

  • Location: Kings Mountain, NC (ZIP 28086)

  • Community Networking (CNET) Hours:

    • Sunday: 4 Hours (Flexible daytime scheduling)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with participating in community activities, social events, and recreational outings.

  • Foster community integration, skill development, and personal growth.

  • Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific goals, hobbies, and preferences.

  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding client engagement.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

  • Minimum of 1 year of caregiving or community support experience (Preferred).

  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (Required).

  • Ability to pass a background check.
