Human Resources Administrative Intern
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Intern to support daily HR operations. This hybrid, part-time internship offers hands-on experience in human resources, focusing heavily on HRIS data entry, file auditing, and administrative compliance support to ensure accurate organizational records and smooth departmental workflows.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate employee records, upload documentation, and run basic reports in HR databases.
Compliance Tracking & Auditing: Assist with routine file audits, monitor expiration dates for credentials/certifications, track background checks, and ensure documentation meets regulatory guidelines.
File Management: Maintain confidential electronic and physical personnel records in full compliance with privacy standards and organizational policies.
Administrative Support: Log incoming HR documentation, prepare administrative materials, and assist with general departmental projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Recent graduate or currently enrolled student close to completing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (strongly preferred).
Skills & Knowledge: Coursework or entry-level familiarity with HR processes, HRIS platforms, or database management systems.
Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Experience: Prior administrative support, data entry, or office experience preferred.
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 an hour
